To strengthen data security, the KCVG admin Excel download feature has been enhanced.

■ Key Changes

• A password protection feature has been added for Excel files containing personal information.
• The following files will now be provided as password-protected Excel files:Admin Excel download files
• Excel attachments sent via email from MIS bulk data queries

■ Important Notes

• You must enter the same password set at the time of download to open the file.
• If you forget the password, the file cannot be opened and must be downloaded again.
• If the file does not open, please first check whether a password prompt appears.

데이터 보안 강화를 위해 KCVG 관리자 엑셀 다운로드 기능이 개선되었습니다.

■ 주요 변경사항

• 개인정보가 포함된 엑셀 다운로드 시 파일 비밀번호 설정 기능이 추가되었습니다.
• 아래 파일은 비밀번호가 적용된 형태로 제공됩니다.
• 관리자 엑셀 다운로드 파일
• MIS 대용량 조회 후 이메일로 발송되는 첨부 엑셀 파일

■ 안내사항

• 파일 열람 시 다운로드 시 설정한 동일한 비밀번호 입력이 필요합니다.
• 비밀번호를 잊어버린 경우 파일을 열 수 없으므로 다시 다운로드해 주시기 바랍니다.
• 파일이 열리지 않을 경우 비밀번호 입력 창이 표시되는지 먼저 확인해 주세요.
