How to resolve

1. Hard refresh the page

• Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R
• macOS: Cmd + Shift + R (Safari: Option + Cmd + R)

1. If the issue persists, clear site-specific cache and reload

• Chrome/Edge/Firefox: Settings → Site data/Cookies → search our domain → Delete
• Safari (macOS): Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data… → search our domain → Remove
